Flatiron Dragados Constructors, Inc. (FlatironDragados) excels in complex infrastructure projects throughout the US and Canada. For over 77 years, FlatironDragados has completed some of the most high-profile and sophisticated heavy civil infrastructure projects in North America. Specializing in collaborative delivery methods, FlatironDragados has one of the most extensive portfolios in existence today and has reached GMP on 100% of their collaborative delivery projects. This success is rooted in established preconstruction processes that prioritize partnership, risk reduction, constructability, and a relentless focus on achieving client goals. FlatironDragados has delivered some of the most complex OMFs recently built in the US through collaborative means that include the Purple Line OMF and LRT in Maryland ($2.8B) and the LAX OMF and APM ($2.3B) in Los Angeles.
About the Project
The Austin Transit Partnership (ATP) Operations and Maintenance Facility (OMF) is an integral part of the Austin Light Rail Phase 1 project. The OMF will be a 62-acre facility near U.S. Highway 183 and State Highway 71, serving as a central location for operations, maintenance, and storage of the light rail vehicles.
