Finch West Maintenance & Storage Facility | P3-DBFOM

The Maintenance and Storage Facility (MSF) is one component of the overall Finch West LRT project. It will be used to store the light rail vehicles (LRVs) and provide shops for service, repairs, and inspection.

• A 107,640 sq ft facility with capacity for 26 Alstom Citadis LRVs.

  • Main Facility Ground Floor 76,908 sq ft

  • Main Facility Second Floor 19,892 sq ft

  • Electrical Substation 7,535 sq ft

• Includes a main shop, car wash facility, material storage building, administration office, and 122 parking spots.

• Tracks running in both directions for LRV access (eastbound and westbound).

• Designed and constructed to meet LEED Silver Certification and with a green roof.
